Camellia oil is also called tea seed oil. It is refined from camellia tree seeds. The procedure of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing and filtrating, using purely physical methods.It is a natural organic cooking oil. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid ,7-13% linoleic acid. It is rich in protein and Vitamin A, B, D, E etc. Especially it is rich in linolenic acid which can not be produced by the body.It has been proved that its Oleic acid and Linoleic acid are higher than olive oil.
